The joys of vomit

Joe's been put on a major antibiotic that's causing him to puke left and right. No fun. His shoulder was getting better, but now it's started having a severe pain at the corner of his shoulder. It might be liquid on the joint, but I haven't heard the latest. He seems to only be losing the hair on his head and not on his face or bady. Weird. Or maybe not. Is that normal? He's pretty good, but he's lonely because just about every person on the face of the planet is sick and can't visit him.
